Refund Policy

1. Summary
Because ReplyCraft subscriptions are sold through Apple, Google, and Mac App Stores, refunds are processed by those stores, not by us directly. The sections below tell you how to request a refund on each platform.
2. Apple App Store (iOS, macOS)
- Open reportaproblem.apple.com in a browser.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the ReplyCraft purchase and select “Request a refund”.
- Apple approves or denies the refund; we have no direct control over this decision.
3. Google Play Store (Android)
- Open play.google.com/store/account.
- Select the ReplyCraft subscription.
- Tap “Refund” if the purchase is within 48 hours, or contact Google Play support for older purchases.
4. Edge cases
If the store refuses your refund request and you believe you were charged in error (duplicate billing, etc.), contact hello@replycraft.in with proof of the duplicate charge and we will work with the store on your behalf.
5. No refunds for free tier usage
The free tier has no cost, so there is nothing to refund. If you want to stop using ReplyCraft, uninstall the app — there are no cancellation steps needed for free accounts.
