Billing & pricing

How much does ReplyCraft cost?
The free tier gives you 20 AI replies per day in any supported language. The Pro tier is $2/month or $15/year for unlimited replies, priority routing, and early access to new features. See /pricing for the full breakdown.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Cancel from the store you bought it in. On iOS and macOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ReplyCraft → Cancel. On Android, open Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → ReplyCraft → Cancel. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period, after which you fall back to the free tier.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Play Store, not by us directly. Apple generally refunds within 14 days of purchase via reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play auto-approves refunds within 48 hours via the Play Store. For edge cases like duplicate charges, email hello@replycraft.in and we will help coordinate with the store.
Does Pro work across all my devices?
Yes. One Pro subscription covers iOS, Android, and macOS as long as you sign in with the same account on each device. Apple Family Sharing is supported for iOS and macOS subscriptions, and Google Play family sharing is supported on Android. There is no per-device fee.

Setup & installation

How do I install the ReplyCraft keyboard?
Download ReplyCraft from the App Store or Play Store, open the app once to complete onboarding, then enable it in your system keyboard settings. Full step-by-step guides are at /guides/install-keyboard-ios and /guides/install-keyboard-android.
Is there a ReplyCraft app for macOS?
Yes. ReplyCraft for macOS is a native SwiftUI app with a menu bar icon, global keyboard shortcut, and the same reply generation as the mobile apps. It shares your per-contact tone memory through iCloud when you sign in with the same account. Download it from /download.
Can I use ReplyCraft without the keyboard?
Yes. Every platform has a share-sheet entry point. Long-press or select a message, tap Share, then pick ReplyCraft — the app will open with the text prefilled and show reply suggestions. This is handy if you prefer not to grant keyboard permissions, or if you only need replies occasionally.
Do I need to set ReplyCraft as my default keyboard?
No. ReplyCraft lives alongside your existing keyboard. Switch to it only when you need a reply — tap the globe key on iOS or the keyboard icon in the nav bar on Android — and switch back to your usual keyboard for regular typing. Most people keep Gboard, SwiftKey, or the system keyboard as their default.

Features & languages

Which languages does ReplyCraft support?
ReplyCraft supports more than 135 languages. Replies are generated natively — not translated from English — so the phrasing matches how native speakers actually talk. Languages like Tamil and Hindi include register-aware tones such as formal, casual, and code-mixed.
Can I set different tones for different people?
Yes. ReplyCraft remembers a tone preference per contact — formal with your manager, casual with friends, playful with a partner. Pick a tone once from the tone chip row, and the next time you generate a reply for that person, the same tone is selected automatically. You can change it at any time.
Which apps does ReplyCraft work in?
Anywhere you can type. The keyboard works in WhatsApp, iMessage, Instagram DMs, Slack, Gmail, LinkedIn, Discord, and every other app that accepts text input. The share sheet works from any app that exposes a Share action, including Safari, Chrome, and most social apps. There is no per-app setup.
Does ReplyCraft work offline?
Reply generation needs an internet connection because the AI model runs on our server, not on your device. However, your recent reply history is cached locally and viewable offline, and the keyboard layout still works normally for regular typing. You will see a network error if you tap Generate without a connection.

Privacy & data

Does ReplyCraft read my messages?
No. ReplyCraft only reads the message you explicitly paste inside our app or keyboard interface. It does not access your conversations, chat history, or notifications. Only the text you provide is sent to the AI service, and only on demand. We do not log, store, or train on your messages.
Do you train AI models on my messages?
No. We do not train models on your content and we do not send your messages to any third party for training. Requests are forwarded to our AI provider only for the moment it takes to generate a reply, and are discarded immediately after. We have no access to the content of your reply requests.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings → Account → Delete account inside the app, or email hello@replycraft.in from the address on file. We remove your account, reply history, and any stored preferences within 30 days. Usage analytics that cannot be tied back to you are retained per our privacy policy.
Is ReplyCraft GDPR and DPDP compliant?
Yes. ReplyCraft complies with the EU GDPR and India's DPDP Act. You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Email hello@replycraft.in to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within the statutory time frame.

Troubleshooting

Why are my replies coming back blank?
Blank replies almost always mean a network issue. Check your internet connection, make sure you are signed in inside the ReplyCraft app, and try again. If the problem persists, contact support at /support and include the version number from the app settings screen.
The ReplyCraft keyboard does not show up. What do I do?
On iOS, go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and pick ReplyCraft, then tap it again and enable Allow Full Access (required to reach our API). On Android, go to Settings → System → Languages & input → On-screen keyboard → Manage keyboards and enable ReplyCraft, then switch to it with the keyboard icon in the nav bar.
I hit the daily limit too fast. What counts as a reply?
Each time you tap Generate we count one reply against your daily quota, regardless of how many options appear. Regenerating for a better variant counts as another reply. The counter resets at midnight in your local time zone. If you routinely hit the limit, Pro removes it entirely for $2/month.
I upgraded to Pro but the app still shows the free limit.
Open the app and pull to refresh on the home screen, or tap Settings → Restore Purchases. Subscriptions can take a minute to propagate from the App Store or Play Store. If it still shows free after restoring, sign out and back in. If that does not fix it, email hello@replycraft.in with your purchase receipt and we will sort it out within a day.
