1. Service Description

ReplyCraft AI is an AI-powered reply assistant that generates suggested message replies based on user-provided text, selected tone, and thinking level.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you confirm meeting this requirement.

3. Account & Usage

The App assigns an anonymous device identifier with no account creation needed. Users are responsible for all device activity and agree not to generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or objectionable content.

4. Free & Premium Plans

• Free Plan: Limited daily generations with selected tones and thinking levels.
• Premium Plan (ReplyCraft Pro): Unlimited daily generations, all tones, and advanced features via auto-renewable subscription.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions process through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal, and follow each store’s refund policies. Pricing varies by region. See /legal/refund for refund details.

6. AI-Generated Content

Replies generated by the App are AI-created suggestions and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your context. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use generated replies.

7. Data & Privacy

Message history stays locally on your device. Messages sent to the API server and third-party AI providers are not persisted after processing. Full details appear in the Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in illegal activity, reverse engineering, circumventing limits, using automated tools, interfering with servers, or generating spam or phishing content.

9. Intellectual Property

Jenefa Solutions owns the App and branding. Users retain ownership of input text and chosen replies.

10. Availability & Modifications

Service availability depends on third-party providers. Jenefa Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue services and update these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from App use.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

13. Termination

Access may be terminated without notice for conduct violating these Terms or harming users or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
